A team that plans inventory for a living.

easeamazon is a team of specialists across demand planning, purchasing, and logistics, working since 2024 with physical-goods brands in the US and Europe. Inventory planning and replenishment is the one thing we do, and we do it every week.

The story

We productized our best engagement.

easeamazon was founded in 2024 by Hamza and Shaheer, who had been doing hands-on supply-chain and Seller Central work for ecommerce brands. The unglamorous kind: reorder math, transfer planning, supplier follow-ups, inventory reconciliations.

Two years of that work taught us a pattern. The engagements that worked best weren’t the ones where we did “whatever comes up.” They were the ones with a rhythm: a planning system built once, then a weekly report and a weekly call, week after week. Clients stopped guessing. We stopped firefighting. Everyone could see the plan.

So in 2026 we did the obvious thing and made that rhythm the product: the In-Stock Engine. One offer, fixed prices, clear scope, instead of a menu of everything for everyone.

The team

A senior lead, backed by a team of specialists.

A senior lead owns your account and runs your weekly call. A team of specialists keeps the numbers current behind them. That structure is why the service is good: the work never depends on one person’s memory or availability.

Hamza & Shaheer

Both founders sell and both deliver. One of them owns your account, runs your weekly call, and answers for every recommendation in your report.

Planning, purchasing, logistics & marketplace ops

Umar, Sana, Wajih, Nabeel, Mehdi, and a growing bench of specialists maintain the models, refresh the data, coordinate suppliers and freight, and watch the risk flags between calls. We hire as the book grows, so the daily discipline never rests on one person.

Why a team

Why a team beats a single planner.

A team is how good planning actually gets done. Four reasons the structure beats a single planner.

Someone answers for the plan

One of the founders owns your account, runs your weekly call, and is accountable for every recommendation in your report. A named lead, not a rotating queue.

The numbers get touched every day

The team maintains the models, refreshes the data, coordinates suppliers and freight, and watches the risk flags between calls. No single freelancer, however good, can sustain that daily discipline alone.

Nothing lives in one head

Your system is documented and shared across the team. Vacations, sick days, turnover: your planning doesn’t notice, because it never depended on one person remembering it.

Judgment you can interrogate

Every number traces to an assumption you can see. If a recommendation is wrong, we want you to catch it on the call. That’s what the call is for.

What we believe

Three things we won’t do.

We’re a young firm, and we’d rather look small than lie.

01 · Honesty

We won’t invent numbers.

No made-up percentages, no inflated logos. Our proof is what’s verifiable. And we’d rather look small than lie.

02 · Focus

We won’t sell you a body.

We sell an outcome, the weekly plan, not tracked hours. If you want a full-time resource with a time tracker, we’ll kindly point you elsewhere.

03 · Ownership

We won’t lock you in.

Your planning workbook is yours, built in tools you can open. If you leave, the system leaves with you.

Day 90

Meet the team on a 30-minute call.

Bring your stock report. We’ll tell you, on the call, which SKUs are at risk in the next 90 days. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
