The Situation

Hodl 21 is a cryptocurrency and Bitcoin-themed merchandise and lifestyle brand. They sell apparel, accessories, and novelty items with Bitcoin and crypto messaging -- named after the crypto community term "HODL" (hold on for dear life).

The business is an Amazon-first marketplace seller using a print-on-demand fulfilment model. Primary differentiation is design and brand identity rather than product manufacturing. Supply chain risk profile is low in physical complexity -- key risks are Amazon account health, IP infringement exposure, and platform dependency.

When we engaged, the brand had inventory management inefficiencies creating unnecessary working capital drag and operational noise.
